Very friendly staff - and very helpful and professional. Took two visits to solve the problem: six hours to diagnose issue, then order part. Next week’s appointment to install the part was three hours. Extended warranty helped cover costs. I know other shops could probably fix the vehicle, but the Shottenkirk dealer in Ft Madison is my trusted place to go when I need someone who actually knows something about the car to work on it. Not the cheapest, but likely the best.

I'm going to give a big thanks to Chris and a real big thanks to Tate...He worked really hard to get me into the right vehicle. These guys listen to me and made it a really easy process. And also thanks to Guzman in financing for putting the numbers together to make it work. I'll be honest, I never thought I would be buying a vehicle from Shottenkirk. But my Dad just recently bought his new truck from them and said they did a really good job. So once again THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICE.

I went to shottenkirk for the second time and got a Chevy Trax with 24 miles on it I traded in some cars a little discrepancy and other things that were added to the contract still not 100% satisfied but they went in and corrected a lot of it but I still don't see where they took off for the Dodge Challenger and I'll paperwork it only has the Ford escape still puzzled about stuff but I find them puzzling on why they just didn't go ahead and give me the good deal at first instead of waiting to see if I noticed it or not they had over $9,000 worth of extras on the price of stuff I didn't even need but they corrected it without a real big problem but still I don't know if I would go there and buy a car ever again with the problems! But the second person that helped us get paperwork fixed was a really nice kind of caring person I still feel that we're getting took somewhere but it is what it is at least I got my payments down to a price where I could afford from almost $700 a month to 490. That was my biggest concern! But next time I'll be more careful and read the small print like I should have done there except wait till I got home but they really didn't give me time to read anything there's turn this sign this time that signed us sign this sign this and you don't know what you're signing cuz they don't give you a chance to read. My opinion
