Sales person Randy and the support group there were extremely knowledgeable about the product and polite. Randy even took the time to set up our phones to the truck. And was a whiz at it too. They are sooo much better than the last few dealerships that we have delt with.

I was passing through the state of Iowa, on my way to Utah, when two rims on my tires were damaged, and the car was not drivable. This happened on a Thursday; Friday Shottenkirks had the rims ordered, and they arrived Tuesday the following week. They were honest in their dealings with me; they told me the truth about delivery and repair on my car; and would've had it done sooner if a blizzard storm had not hit the area on Sunday night. This storm kept trucks from leaving Chicago to deliver the new wheels for my car. By Monday. Their staff is professional, kind and courteous. Best of all I felt like I could trust them.

I wanted to trade in my truck for a new 26 Colorado Zr2 and they didnt have what I wanted on the lot and tols them to give then a week. Within days, they delivered!!! Thanks again!

I took my 1975 Cadillac El Dorado and for an oil change they had to get special oil and a special additive for this old of a car. They did it with no problem. Everyone was very kind to me.
